Each customer is provided a tracking number in his or her confirmation email, making it easy to know where your order is during every step of the delivery process. Note that the confirmation email that includes your tracking number is different than the email confirmation of your final payment.
To see the current status of your purchase, simply go to the USPS tracking page by clicking here and enter your 22 character tracking number (provided in your confirmation email) into the top search bar and hit the ‘Find’ button.
WHAT IF I HAVE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS?
We cannot re-route your package in the middle of transit. If you have requested a Change of Address (COA), it is not unlikely for individuals to receive mail at the old address for 7 to 10 business days after the request of address change. For further assistance, please contact USPS.
WHAT IF I’LL BE OUT OF TOWN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
No worry and no problem! You are not required to sign any forms or receipts in order for USPS to leave your purchase at your doorstep. If you do not want your mail piling up, contact USPS and they will gladly hold your package at their local office for up to 15 days.
